All products are shipped discreetly in a nondescript package with absolutely no indication as to the contents.
We use a combination of delivery methods depending on the itemm being shipped: Most orders (lighter weight) are sent recorded delivery by the Royal Mail; larger, heavier items are sent via UPS while cages are normally sent via TNT.
Regardless of the size or cost of your order, your goods will require a signature.
All goods that are dispatched are sent by a recorded insured service. This means goods will not be left on the door step or with neighbours. This enables a fully discreet service and your confidentiality.
Goods that are in stock are normally dispatched within 24 hours. If for any reason we are out of stock, we would expect to dispatch the goods within about 7 days but realistically this is much quicker. If it happnes that our stock levels are incorrect and you order an out of stock item, we will notify you of this at the earliest opportunity and offer a full (or partial in the event of multiple products) refund should you prefer not to wait for stock.
Under normal circumstances, you should recieve your order within 1-3 working days but please allow 10 working days before you contact us.
We reserve the right to refuse to deliver to any address other than the billing address. However, in the majority of cases we will deliver to the delivery address the customer has requested. If an incorrect or incomplete delivery address is given, for example the wrong postcode, we will send the order to the billing address as given to our payment services provider.

If you are not going to be in during the day and dont want the inconvenience of collecting your parcel from the depot if you miss your delivery we can deliver to your work address as long as you state your billing address first when ordering.
Returns and Refunds
puppycages.co.uk wants you to be pleased with your purchase and that is why we have a no fuss returns policy.
If for any reason you are not completely happy you may exchange unused and unopened products within 14 days for alternative items or a refund.
For reasons of hygiene please do not open items that you wish to send back as we regret that we cannot exchange fault-free items once the packaging has been opened.
You have the right to cancel the order at any time up to 7 working days starting the day after delivery. No questions asked.
If we have already dispatched your order, a full refund will be given minus any shipping costs on the return of the goods. If goods have been dispatched by courier and you fail to pick the parcel up and it is returned to us and you then cancel your order additional charges will be incurred by us from our courier firm so these will be deducted from your refund.
If you received free shipping then the actual shipping cost will not be refunded on the return of the goods.
If you cancel your order before we have dispatched your goods then a full refund will be given.
When an item is operated by batteries we recommend that you check using a different set of batteries and check that they are fitted correctly and positioned to connect with electrical points before returning such items.
If the product is defective, please explain the fault in a covering letter and return it with its original box with all manuals and accessories for a full refund or replacement within 7 days.
Goods can be exchanged or refunded up to 30 days of any defect. After 30 days an exchange will only be available.
All returned products are tested and will be sent back to you at your expense if they are found to be working.
Please clean the items before returning.
Health and Hygiene restricts what we can and cant do in respect to returning intimate items of Lingerie.
What we can say is that if you try any clothing on and its not quite right or its not what you expected please return the item in the condition you received it and we will refund or exchange the item for you.
If an item is returned and found to have been overly handled and not in the pristine condition we sent it in then health and hygiene restricts us offering an exchange or refund and the item will be returned to you at your expense.
Personal items such as items with a crotch area cannot be exchanged or refunded.
DVDs and Magazines
We cannot accept returns of DVDs if their seal is broken.
Returning an Item
No exchanges can be given until the goods are returned.
We advise you to send goods using recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for any loss of your parcel on the way back to us
The returns procedure is detailed on the reverse of the documentation recieved with your order; if you need any help with retuning an item then please contact us.Due to the obvious health and hygiene implications with adult goods, for the goods to be returned if they are not broken the following terms have to be met.
1. The goods must be unused.
2. The goods must be in their original condition & packaging.
3. Goods that are not heat sealed in the box are non refundable and non exchangeable.
4. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable.
5. The goods must be received back within 14 days from the day your customer received their order.
6. Lingerie and items of clothing are non refundable and non exchangeable.
7. Videos and magazines are non refundable and non exchangeable.
If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to return the goods.
