Postage

Not going to be in during the day?

If you are not going to be in during the day and don't want the inconvenience of collecting your parcel from the depot if you miss your delivery we can deliver to your work address as long as your state your billing address first when ordering. Don't worry its very discreet, scroll to the bottom of this page to see of how your order will look.


Delivery Charges

Delivery is free to all mainland UK addresses on all orders over £20.

Royal Mail Tracked48 - 2-3 Days (Delivery to mainland UK addresses)
is £2.00 on orders under £20 or free on orders £20 - £40.

Royal Mail Tracked24 - 1-2 days (Delivery to mainland UK addresses)
free on orders over £40.

Courier Overnight (Remote areas of Scotland and Northern Ireland can be 2 days)
free on large or higher value orders - Delivery from 8am until 6pm Monday to Friday.

Orders must reach us by 2pm for overnight delivery.


How long does it take to arrive?

Standard recorded delivery:-
1-3 working days (Although Royal Mail advice 92% of first class mail is currently arriving the next day)

Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are normally dispatched the same day.
Note: Bank Holidays and National Holidays are not working days. Royal Mail and all couriers are closed.


Security and Discretion

All products are shipped discreetly in a nondescript package with absolutely no indication as to the contents. All orders are sent recorded delivery by the Royal Mail or Recorded delivery by DPD.

Regardless of the size or cost of your order, your goods will be dispatched in a box and will require a signature.

We will email you your tracking number on the day of dispatch


International Shipping.

Depending on the size of your order it will either be shipped by Royal Mail AirSure (Registered) or Fedex

Usa & Canada £10.95

Please be aware heavy or large orders will be charged extra shipping costs above the standard rate. We will contact you once your order is ready to be dispatch with the extra shipping charge.

 



Stock and Ordering

Goods that are in stock are dispatched same day if you order before 3pm. If you have ordered an item that is out of stock and want to wait a bit longer for delivery, we would expect to get your goods to you in about 12 days.

If your are not in when your parcel arrives Royal Mail will keep your package at your local depot for 7 days enabling you to pick it up. After 7 days the parcel then returns to us. Postal charges apply to send the goods back out to you.

If any questions should arise, regarding your order. We will try to contact you by email and if that fails, we will try to contact you by phone if a number was provided.


Returns and Refunds

Puppycages.co.uk want you to be pleased with your purchase, that's why we have a no fuss returns policy.

If for any reason you are not completely happy you may exchange unused and unopened products within 14 days for alternative items or a refund.

For reasons of hygiene please do not open items that you wish to send back as we regret that we cannot exchange fault-free items once the packaging has been opened.


Cancellations

You have the right to cancel the order at any time up to 30 days starting the day after delivery. No questions asked.

Please return the goods, unopened and unused to qualify for a full refund.



Defective Items and Warranty

When an item is operated by batteries we recommend that you check using a different set of batteries and check that they are fitted correctly and positioned to connect with electrical points before returning such items.

If the product is defective, please explain the fault in a covering letter and return it with its original box with all manuals and accessories for a full refund or replacement - We offer a full years warranty on all products, if the item is defective in the first month of purchase email us and we will then provide you the returns procedure.

If the item is over 3 months old, please send it back to us with a covering letter to the address below - We will then arrange a replacement.

Goods can be exchanged or refunded up to 30 days of any defect. After 30 days an exchange will only be available.

Please note deals and 3 for 2 offers will not qualify for a full refund.

All returned products are tested and will be sent back to you at your expense if they are found to be working or in an unacceptable condition. The return cost for Royal Mail Tracked delivery is £2.50


Please clean the items before returning.


Clothing

Health and Hygiene restricts what we can and cant do in respect to returning intimate items of Lingerie.

What we can say is that if you try any clothing on and its not quite right or its not what you expected please return the item in the condition you received it and we will refund or exchange the item for you.

If an item is returned and found to have been overly handled and not in the pristine condition we sent it in then health and hygiene restricts us offering an exchange or refund and the item will be returned to you at your expense.

Personal items such as items with a crotch area cannot be exchanged or refunded.


DVD's and Magazines

We cannot accept returns of DVDs or Magazines.


Returning an Item

No exchanges can be given until the goods are returned.

We advise you to send goods using recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for any loss of your parcel on the way back to us

If you are returning an item because it is defective, or because of a mistake on our part, please contact us and we will provide you with a free post returns address.

If you wish to have a refund, you will need to return all your special offer items or pay the current price for the outstanding item.

If you wish to keep an item that was received free, we can deduct the cost of it from your refund.
