Value Self Bondage Ice Lock

The Self Bondage Ice Lock is a ‘timed’ lock that lasts for up to 90 minutes.

This ice lock uses the principle of ice, slowly melting to release the inside plunger that connects the rings on each end. Generally, one end is padlocked to a stationary point and the other end ring is then padlocked to the restraints, but we’re sure that there are plenty of other ways to use it.

These Ice Locks are made from 5 inches of steel tube which is then zinc plated to stop it rusting. They have been tested at about 18 degrees Celsius with the lock lasting between  60 – 90 minutes. These times are only approximate as the time depends on the ambient temperature of the room that they are being used in, warmer the room the shorter the time.

For those into 'self bondage' this is a perfect solution; part of the fun of these Ice Locks will be to see how long it works for – time can be influenced by the amount of water used, the temperature of the room and how much pulling and tugging you do.

The simple mechanical nature of these locks means that nothing can really go wrong – ice melts and plunger releases.

To keep the prices low we don’t worry about making these look pretty so expect to see work and grinding marks on the outside.

As we make these ourselves we can make them any length, so if you want it to last a bit longer we can make it an inch or two longer for you, or for less time we can take an inch or two off. – just add a note to the checkout.
